Prosecutorial discretion should never apply to treason, espionage, or sedition. To my knowledge our Justice Department have not taken that stance against violators of those crimes in my lifetime.

Attorney general Merrick Garland had no intentions of charging Donald Trump until the congressional January 6th committee forced his hand, or he was too ignorant to understand the urgency of holding Trump to account before the 2024 election forsake of protecting our democracy from harm.

Mr. Garland seems to think allowing the over 100 insurrectionist who control Congress and continue their 2021 Coup with impunity is subjective to his will and not mandated by the constitution.

Did AG Merrick Garland not understand he was putting America in danger when the Justice Department gave tacit exemption to over 100 elected insurrectionists, and the Supreme Court Justice and his wife that happened to control the reins of government?

America is staring in the face of possible war in Europe, the Middle East, or defending Taiwan from an aggressive China and our military readiness is being blocked by Tommy Tuberville an insurrectionist. In addition, there’s over 100 January 6th participants and supporters of the plot to stop the constitutional transfer of power, and Merrick Garland’s Justice Department have not interviewed any of the congressional seditionist under oath after almost three years.

Merrick Garland seems to have determined that is in the best interest of America that exposure of over 100 congressmen and senators is not in the best interest of the American people. I’d like to know what American people he was thinking about, it wasn’t the people that have been lied to since before America had a name about no one being above the law.

Mr. Garland was a right-wing conservative jurist recommended to President Barack Obama for the Supreme Court by Utah senator Orrin Hatch, it doesn’t surprise me, someone with garlands life credentials wouldn’t see the racism in the insurrection. Merrick Garland never understood the hatred of me and mine played a major role in the coup just like the Civil War in 1861. The Pavlovian trained 1861 reenactors on January 6^th were convinced that the clan (Klan) leader could not make America “Dred Scott” rule again, and now the seditionist that Merrick Garland allowed to remain in the House and Senate are now trying to burn it all down in hopes a new old America will rise out of the ashes.
